What we collect
- Order details: items, quantity, price, order ID.
- Contact: email, phone (if supplied), shipping name + address.
- Payment: card details go directly to Stripe; we never see them.
- Server logs: IP, user agent, request paths — kept 30 days.
Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, send shipping updates, and answer support enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We don’t run third-party marketing pixels.
Who we share with
- Stripe — to process your payment.
- Printful — to print and ship your order. They get name + address + items only.
- Cloudflare — sits in front of the site for caching and security.
No one else.
Cookies
We use a single localStorage entry to remember your cart between visits, and a session cookie if you sign in to track an order. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or correct it — email [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU/UK and not happy with our response, you can escalate to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Lil Gems is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
