1. Who you’re buying from
Lil Gems is operated from Australia. Buying anything on this site means you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t buy.
2. Prices, currency, payment
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable GST. Payment is processed by Stripe. We don’t store your card details — Stripe does, under their own terms.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when payment is captured and we begin production. If we can’t fulfil an order (out of stock, pricing error, fulfilment partner issue) we’ll cancel and refund in full.
4. Made-to-order
Almost everything we sell is printed when you order it. That’s why we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged or defective items are different — see Shipping & returns.
5. Intellectual property
All quotes, designs, and brand assets on Lil Gems are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them on other goods. You may absolutely take photos of your own Lil Gems pieces and post them — please tag us.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always at this URL with the updated date at the top. Material changes will be flagged via email or banner.
