Where we ship

Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Free standard shipping within Australia on orders over A$80.00. Below that, AU shipping is a flat A$10.00. International rates are calculated at checkout.

How long it takes

Every Lil Gems piece is made-to-order in partnership with our print partner once you check out. Production: 2–5 business days. Shipping after production:

• Australia: 3–7 business days
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• US / UK / Canada: 7–14 business days

Once your order ships you’ll get a tracking link by email. You can also track at any time via the Account drawer using your order number and email.

Returns

Because everything is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. We do absolutely replace anything that arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error — just email us at [email protected] within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we’ll send a replacement, no fuss.

Wrong size?

Apparel is standard unisex sizing. We don’t publish per-garment measurements yet — email [email protected] before you order and we’ll send them. If you measured carefully and it still doesn’t fit, get in touch — we can’t resell a printed item, but if we gave you the wrong measurements we’ll work something out.

Lost in transit?

If tracking shows your parcel is stuck or lost, give it the carrier’s stated window then email us — we’ll lodge an investigation and either reship or refund.
