Shipping & returns.

Where we ship

Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $80 AUD. Below that, AU shipping is a flat $10. International rates are calculated at checkout.

How long it takes

Every Lil Gems piece is made-to-order in partnership with our print partner once you check out. Production: 2–5 business days. Shipping after production:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • US / UK / Canada: 7–14 business days

Once your order ships you’ll get a tracking link by email. You can also track at any time via the Account drawer using your order number and email.

Returns

Because everything is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. We do absolutely replace anything that arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error — just email us at [email protected] within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we’ll send a replacement, no fuss.

Wrong size?

Apparel size charts live on each product page. If you measured carefully and it still doesn’t fit, email us — we can’t resell a printed item, but if it’s a sizing chart issue we’ll work something out.

Lost in transit?

If tracking shows your parcel is stuck or lost, give it the carrier’s stated window then email us — we’ll lodge an investigation and either reship or refund.
